We had cambios last week and heavens to betsy I finally completed my training. I never thought I would make it this far! And my new companion is a gringa - HERMANA ANDERSON. She is from Rupert, Idaho - eats pizza with a fork haha, and I absolutely love her. Also, she has the exact same time as me! We have only been out 4 months, so we are learning together.
Sooo yeah. This first week leading the area was quite the adventure. I can def. say that I learned to rely on the Lord. We experienced some setbacks like getting lost ( haha which really is not a surprise to anyone who knows me). But yeah nearly every cita we had with our new amigos fell through this week, which was tough.
However, on Sunday we received this amazing reference, Georgina! She is a miracle. She came to church on Sunday with us, and in sunday school she shared her small testimony about Sacrament meeting. Me and my companion were just shocked. We have never had someone so receptive so fast haha. She told us she was definitely going to return the following week and read her book of mormon.
This was a HUGE testimony to me. When things do not work out a 100 percent, the Lord ALWAYS has a better Plan B.
